• Stone Sealer Pro can be used on marble, limestone, granite, travertine, slate, and for manufactured stone such as concrete, brick, ceramic tile, and grout joints. Stone Sealer Pro is a solvent-based fluoropolymer that when applied on stone surfaces it creates a long-lasting invisible barrier that virtually locks out oils, grease, water, stains, and dirt. It is a penetrating sealer that does not affect the appearance of the stone except that it may enhance the stone color in some instances. The sealer is colorless, clear and has no strong odor. Stone Sealer Pro protects all natural stone such as marble, limestone, granite, travertine, slate, sandstone, and for manufactured stone such as concrete, brick, quarry tile as well as grout joints. This sealer is especially recommended for areas that are highly exposed to water such as showers or pool areas and for prevention of efflorescence.

  The stone surface should be clean, dry, and free of waxes or other surface coatings. New cement grout joints should be allowed to fully dry prior to application. Spread sealer in an even and generous layer onto the stone surface using a clean brush, lamb’s wool applicator, a dense sponge, or a paint roller. On polished stone, allow to dry for one hour then remove excess residue. The excess residue can be cleaned by buffing with a dry cloth. Unpolished and porous stone will soak up all the sealer and no cleaning is necessary. Very porous stone may require a second application after the first application has dried. If residue over dries and becomes too hard to buff off, reapply a small amount of professional stone sealer or mineral spirits such as paint thinner, then buff off residue. For added protection, apply Liquid Diamonds Protective Treatment for Polished Stone. For a deeper shine, use Diamond Stone polish on polished stone.
